Are contracts month-to-month?
Monthly rolling by default. Quarterly plans waive the setup fee and save around 10%.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — 30 days' notice on monthly rolling plans.
Retainer vs one-time buyout — which should I pick?
Retainer if you want us to run it end-to-end. Buyout if you want to own the workflow, host it in your stack, and (optionally) maintain it yourself.
What's included in the setup fee?
Voice/ICP workshop, connection setup via hosted auth, mapping to your CRM, calibration and first live drafts. Waived on quarterly plans.
Do I own the content and data?
Yes. Everything drafted, posted, sent or captured belongs to you — exportable from the portal at any time.
